The name derives from the term in the Sardinian language, which symbolizes spring nights with a full moon. Sardus Pater's Vermentino di Sardegna DOC "Lugore" elegantly expresses the Mediterranean and marine aromas of Sulcis. The vineyards are cultivated at sea level, on trachyte decay soils. After the harvest, cold maceration with the skins takes place for 10 hours at a temperature of 8 C, then fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 C, followed by refinement on the lees with batonnage. The wine matures for a few months in stainless steel tanks and after bottling it completes its refinement with 3 months in the cellar before being released to market
