Intense, fresh and captivating with notes of citrus and lemon peel; hints of mint, orange and cherry flowers, integrated with spicy aromas. Excellent balance of acidity; long and persistent finish with clear citrus and spice notes. Aged on the lees for six months. Pair with appetizers, fresh seafood and chicken entrées, pastas and vegetarian dishes. Chardonnay 65%, Ribolla Gialla 35%.
