Mandarin honey is produced in Calabria, mainly in the Sibari plain where alongside vast expanses of orange groves, you can also find cultivations of clementines large enough to allow a harvest of unifloral mandarin honey.

This honey is light in color with shades ranging from very pale yellow to ivory white when solid. It crystallizes quickly,taking on naturally creamy consistency that is highly appreciated by the palate .The aroma is delicate and fresh, the taste is fruity and floral.
