Flowery and lively, a refreshing wine, carefully crafted by Jean-Vincent BIDEAU on a vineyard composed of 100% SAUVIGNON grape variety. Particular attention is paid to harvesting the grapes at perfect maturity in order to develop a beautiful aromatic finesse, without heaviness but with all the "crunch" that this grape variety requires. Ideal as an aperitif but also with grilled fish and stews.
