San Leonardo Vigneti Delle Dolomiti I.G.T. 2011, 750ml

Flag bearer of Tenuta San Leonardo , it is the wine that represents it to the point of bearing the same name, just as happens with the great Châteaux of Bordeaux. Among the Bordeaux blend wines made in Italy, it is the one that comes closest to the French style, thanks to the mild climate of the production area: the slopes of the Trentino mountains.

The wine made its debut in 1982 and since then has continued to collect awards and very high scores, thanks to its wonderful elegance. The composition of the blend has remained the same over time: it consists of 60% Cabernet sauvignon with 10% Merlot and the original contribution of Carmenère for the remaining 30%.
