As a relatively new concept, chilli crunch is taking the European market by storm – and this is our take on what a Maltese version should taste like! 🇲🇹 Doused in extra virgin olive oil and bursting with earthy cocoa 🍫 and floral rosemary notes 🌿, it’s finished off with soy, sesame oil, and garlic for that deep, savoury kick of Maltese umami! 🤤
