This reserve, dedicated to the centenary of the Caffo Distillery (1915-2015), was produced in limited quantities and in a new bottle specially designed for the occasion.
Its lengthy preparation involves the infusion of numerous Calabrian herbs, flowers, and fruits according to ancient artisanal methods and the use of premium batches of wine spirits aged extensively in Slavonian oak barrels and stored for decades in aging warehouses under the supervision of the Italian State.
Vecchio Amaro del Capo Riserva 100th Anniversary is then further refined in oak barrels to achieve the utmost harmony between all its ingredients, making it a rare meditation product to be enjoyed on the finest occasions, in distinguished venues, and in the homes of the most discerning connoisseurs.
