Sant Orsola Ice Spumante

From a blend of Glera, Garganega, Trebbiano and Malvasia, Eleonora Martini’s Elém project gave life to this special edition ICE sparkling wine, a fresh and light sparkling wine, ideal for combining cocktails and with a particular attention to the design of the bottle, as well as all Elém products. It is characterized by a higher quantity of residual sugars, a characteristic that allows it to keep its peculiarities intact even with ice. Its developing process requires the stay in autoclave, according to the Martinotti Method.

The wine has a straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is pleasant and very fruity while the palate is well balanced.
